    Hi iworld,
    I had given a phone for repair at your shop in Gachibowli on 19th Aug 2018.
    The job sheet no is 179. I was told by the person that he will get it checked & let me know in 2-3 days. He told me it will get it fixed in 3-4 days & it will cost around 2500 which I was fine at that time. After a week or so he called me & said that the phone cant be rapaired & suggested to take it back by giving 200 Rs that was for service charge. The person also told that he is not available for a week & suggested to take it after 8-10 days to which I agreed. As the agreement was that I have to pick up the phone & it cannot be repared, I immediately bought a new phone.
    Next week I was out of town for 2 weeks, & hence I enquired about the phone today i.e. 2nd Oct 2018. To my surprise the guy told me that the phone is repaired now & now it will charge around 3000 to take it back. The phone cost itself is not 3000.
    Why was I not told before getting the phone fixed, I could have told then & there that it is not needed to fix.
    The guy is now telling me that the invoice says that we are not liable to give you back the phone after 30 days. This is cheating. You guys are cheaters & robbers. Shame on you.

    I am going to put up a complaint on consumer forum
