    I,Jai Verma,made online payment to University of madras, Chepauk Chennai on 25/07/18. But payment did not reflect on university website till today.What are your processing standards.You made me non eligible to attend the examination.Your customer care no. did not help me saying by one gentleman do not call again on this no again.So help me out as early as possible,because it is hard for me to pay again to university.The transaction ID is- OTHPG 820612492224Madras. Please do the needful as it would effects me alot.
