This refer to your letter issued dated 31/08/2017 subjected “ Payment of Enhanced compensation for category (6 Marla) Plot no. 171P Sector-48 “ asking for the enhancement charges of Rs. 427518.00 within one month of letter issuance date failing which 15% interest supposed to get charged.


I being the responsible citizen, valued the content of your letter issued to me , had deposited the payment in full amount of Rs. 433916.00 including interest of Rs. 6398.00 in two part payment (Rs. 216825.00+ Rs. 217091) on dated 01st & 04th December 2017 .


Now instead of charging 15% interest on defaulter, HSVP//HUDA had launched “One Time Settlement Scheme” under which 40% rebate is given to defaulters. This scheme is silent for the citizens who have made on/before time payment of enhancement charges in full amount.

I am sure with full faith that HSVP/HUDA will respect the citizens who follow formal communication from HSVP/HUDA & confident on having refund of 40% enhancement

charges in lieu of before/time payment made by me. With this letter, I am requesting HSVP/HUDA to process my request and release 40% rebate which comes to Rs. 177405.20 including interest paid (Refund 40% Rs. 171007.20+ Interest Rs. 6398.00).
