Respected Sir/Mam

I am writing this mail because of my major problem.

My name is Swastika Kashyap, I have applied in NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) for 10th Secondary Board and filled-up the online admission form of session 2017-18 Stream-1 Block-I for October/November Examination in 13th of March 2O18, Tuesday at 07:52:19 PM and pay the full payment online at the same time and I have also submitted all the documents required for the admission directly in the NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) Regional Centre-Delhi
A-31, Institutional Area, Sector-62, Noida
Distt-Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India at 16th of March 2018, Friday in the afternoon.
I have filled-up the Nios admission form correctly and give all the corret and true details required for the admission.

My Reference No. is N0717210975 and my Enrolment No. is 270205172545.
My Study Centre is Seth Bhagwandass Senior Secondary School and its AI No. is 270205 and my Nodel Centre is Arun Modern Public School and its AI No. is 270405.
My selected subjects are :-
1.Hindi (201), 2.English (202), 3.Science and Technology (212), 4.Home Science (216), and 5.Data Entry Operations (229). and I also have submitted my TMA (Tutor Marked Assignment) at the Nios Regional Centre in 26th of July 2018, Thursday in the afternoon.

Sir/Mam I have a lots of complain from Nios, but my most important complain is that I have applied for English Medium and except Hindi (201) I want all my books in english but it becomes just opposite, except English (202) I have got all the books in hindi and my hindi understanding is very weak, so I have complaint my Nodel Centre about my problem but they said that I have to accept those hindi script books or otherwise I have to go empty hand. So I dosen't have any other option except accepting those hindi script books, which creates a lots of difficulties in my studies and most of all in Science and Technology (212) subject. So please Sir/Mam at least provide me the Science and Technology (212) books in English and my next complain is very serious that from the starting to the end I can't be able to attend at least one class because I dosen't know that where is my actual Study Centre is.
Sir/Mam I dosen't want's to disturb you because I know that Nios is a very big and great National Institute of Open Schooling, and you also have a lots of responsibilities and a lots of more important works to do but Sir/Mam this is a major problem for me.

Actually, Sir/Mam I belongs from a lower middle class family and because of some very bad situations and some personal reasons from previous two years I have all the responsibility of my mother and my younger siblings.
And I am not well qualified to get a high wages job, So for that from so difficult circumstances I am investing money to complete my studies to become something.
But, Sir/Mam being a girl I went everywher to know about my Study Centre but I dosen't found any result.

I had call the Nios toll-free number 1800-180-9393 many times for this problem and some time I got the line busy, some times they received my call but dosen't response properly, sometime they said that are not getting my voice, sometimes they said that they dosen't understand that what I am saying, sometimes they say to call my Study Centre, sometimes they just hung-up the call and etc.
So when I got tired I search my Study Centre at my own in the Nios website://www.nios.ac.in and got its address and went there to attend my classes at Seth Bhagwandass Senior Secondary School, A-30/14-B, Main Road, Mauzpur, Delhi-110053, India.
But they dosen't ever permit me to enter the school, they exactly said that if I am not blind I can see that there is no Nios Office there because they have stopped to take open school admission there and when I try to ask them something then they scrolled me very badly.
I have also complaint the Nios Regional Centre about it but they don't take it seriously, they have said me to go to my Study Centre again and again and Sir/Mam I am only 16 years old and I can't handle it any more because it becomes very difficult for me to take care of my family, to attend my work properly and my house is very much far from the Nios Regional Centre, So it's take to much time and money to travel from Shahadra, New Delhi to Noida, Sector-62 and there is also no one to travel with me so every where I have to travel alone which is not safe for anyone, especially for girls.

Sir/Mam now there is only a few days left for the examination, So please I beg you to help me seriously this time, I really need your help.
