    Good day

Please don't ignore I need assistance and it is awful not knowing what is going on and get no answers just give me a chance PLEASE.
I wonder if you can help me or give me advice. I am getting closed doors all the time. My husband worked in India and passed away while working there. The company he worked for has not been much of a help. I even offered to have my husband cremated in India which would safe a lot of time. The refused it and told me this cannot be done. I had endless trouble getting my husband home. They never explained nothing to me I have picked up things as they send the paper work. They only informed me 16 hours later of his death and they did not even inform me he was in hospital. They only admitted him 9 hours later into hospital as they said the ambulance fetched him 16H15pm and admitted in hospital 1H00am. Apparently the hospital is nearby. On paper work there are different dates of death. Died in different places. They never told me the police took over. I picked up a crime number and a code number 174. They never informed me about the autopsy and taking out organs. What are my rights on that as a foreigner. Why did they not contact me and don't I have rights as Next of Kin. Also the same as organs. In general there are a lot of paper work problems. They sent emails with wrong info telling me he died on different dates he died in different places the paper on fir has wrong date. and was signed. Autopsy paper no name of person who identified him. Autopsy done at 12H15pm till 13H30pm. On the same day emblaming done just after 10H00am how can that be? How did they check the paper work. Asked who identified the body answer was workers no names. Belongings still waiting for and his TV as that was his wish the TV goes to his son. I asked why the belongings taking so long the excuse is it's too far. But they go to the city often why did they not take with there transport. All of a sudden they started sending the belongings still waiting for 1 package and TV this has taken close to 4 months. Where is the respect for us. All we get is shock after shock. Mentally we are finished. He had food poison as well and still waiting for answers from March. He was diagnosed with Sepsis. How can we sue them for this it is negligence from the company. I should be able to have rights as next of kin. My husband is gone and cannot return, but I need to get closure and owe this to my son. We are humans with rights nobody has the right for such treatment. A woman needs to be treated fair with respect as well. I have been to the SA and India Consulate and no one wants to help. Why the Consulate should be there to help you with legal action. Can you recommend someone. I need to finish up. I just don't understand why no one wants to help.
    Thank you
