Sir,i want to inform you that the battery(Lava x19) I ordered has not yet been done.I request you to kindly take this issue seriously.I ordered the battery since August and now it has been a month .Yet,i didn't get the battery.Everytime,i made a query , the answer would always be "Yes bro,your battery will reach here in 3/4 days".I have also paid an advanced amount of ₹500 . Yet,no care has been taken .So,this is my request for you sir.
