This is regarding shipmen number AWB No: 1515910635191. This shipment EDD was 31st of Aug 2018. But after 5 days of EDD also the shipment not received yet.
Every time when I called and asking about my shipment your customer care says that you will get the shipment by tomorrow.
I am really fed-up form daily follow-up from your customer care. Now please give me last and final date. So that I can contrite on my daily office work.
Even I give your service feedback to “ Samsung – Savex “company so that no one bear this kind of harassment further.
