    Dear Sir

    I purchased a microwave model no 34BC1 from your mohali IFB point invoice no: 3550006793 dated 20.06.18 . But sorry to place on records that just within a period of 60 days, the microwave gone out of order. The complaint was lodged as referred in subject which was attended by a man from franchise service centre ( no 18604255678). He detected the fault, but could not set it right. I approached your service executive namely Mr. Sunil Sharma Mobile no 9216888441 twice, but he did not bother to provide me services. As such, I am hereby compelled to lodged as a second complaint against your service executive Mr. Sunil Sharma with a reason every time he did not pick my call and when he was contacted, he replied straight way that your complaint has been forwarded. That's all.

    This is the reason to approach you for my problem of a defective microwave purchase from your company. Hence, I am not satisfied with your services which is very poor and hope I will get the product replaced at the earliest as it already over delayed and we are suffering even after spending hard earned money. Hope early action at your end.
