    Sir/Madam,

    I am really unhappy with the service rendered by your res Q extented warranty.

    I have bought two mobiles from your reliance digital in Dec 2015 with additional two years warranty. Samsung A5 was one of the mobile out of two bought .Last Nov 2017 Samsung A5 showed some issues of display problems. I have given the device to res Q service for checking what was the problem as extended warranty was not over. They have kept my phone for more than one month telling that Samsung service center was not having stock of display to be replaced.
    After replacing the display as said by them the phone was given back to me in Feb 2018. The same issue occurred within two weeks. I again went to your reliance digital store in focus mall, Calicut. They again took my phone and returned to res Q to check and do the needful. I got back the phone again and was told that they have replaced display again.I was also not given any bill for display replacement.

    The display of the phone has gone in July 2018
    The replaced Display from the res q has went out of order within 7 months....I feel really upset on such service rendered .

    I will not suggest any of my friends and relatives reliance digital for any purchase.
