Madurai_APO Madam Refused to issue my Renewal PassPort& also Redirected to RPO Madurai-Actually first time while took my Pass Port on 21_01_1994 and then Renewal
on 29_11_2007 Both of time Trichirappalli Pass Port Office by mistakenly Printed my Name like VELUCHAMY RAVI CHANDRA PANDIYAN instead of VRC.PANDIYAN,and Age27_05_1961 instead of 27_05_1973 even though I submitted all my
relevant documents_they skipped their responsibility on that time and next visit of Renewal you could do it correction_ its not all my mistakes and even now I shown and submitted to the APO_MRS.KALAIVANI _ PKS_MADURAI as following documents as per your Proof and Evidence to get Pass Port Renewal or New one like_ NAME CHANGES GAZETTE COPIES and for Age Proof as per your required PAN & School Certificates further I submitted all my Professional ID around 15 ID including theAdvocate All India Bar Council and T.N. Bar Council ID AND AATHAA CARD along with Application_ but they simply Redirected to RPO_Madurai_its not all my mistakes. I am also took it easy way that time._But at present I am an Senior Advocate of Supreme court of India and also doing International PDF Researcher_Cambridge University_London. And also recently I am selected for the Consulate General for the USA Embassy _ My pass port expired on 28_11_2017
But I applied Online Renewal on 23_08_2018 & today 24_08_10_2018 I went to PSK Madurai Reference Number ARN:18-1008445929 & MD 1071445000718&

No.100011759522_dated 23_08_2018 _ Not only that I am the Registered Person in Guinness and Limca for the Multi Post Graduations _so far I done 76 Post Graduation including 7 Doctorate Researcher and also the doing 3 Doctorate including PDF RESEARCH.
If not change of Name and Age normally nothing at all but as a International PDF Researcher I must correct my Name and Age as per my Educational Certificates and all Professional ID _ after see all further if you refused the All India Bar Council and Tamil Nadu Bar Council ID _ it may be the Condemnation the
of the Court. Finally I request the Chief Pass Port Office please issue my Renewal Pass Port for encourage the Young Researcher in India for our Development of Indian Economy and Eradication of Unemployment and Eradication of Hunger and Poverty in India and support my International Research completion _ issue the Pass Port as per my Educational Certificates and PAN and Aathaar ( I don't know why every one asked the Aathar _ its also the Proof of Name and Age and Address - is it or not )_ by 10_10_2018 I must attend the CONSULATE GENERAL ORAL INTERVIEW AT USA before that I need the corrected Name and age Pass Port.
