    Dear all

    I am bringing this to your notice since am disappointed and completely annoyed with one of your call center sale executive behaviour named Mr Shrey ph number +91 8820098256.
    I have an investment plan of Rs 15000/- per month for 15 years on my wife name. He explained the scheme and cleared my queries through phone and fixed up an oppointment today for the payment since my wife traveled out and expected to reach today.
    Nothing wrong in explains the schemes to my wife I believe. Thought making first pmt of 1 lakh rupee after discussion. Due to some reason I could not make pmt today and could not explain the scheme to my life partner. I requested Mr Shrey to send me the scheme link in mail to explain her through whatsapp as he started chatting meanwhile.
    I did not feel anything wrong till now, am I not deserved to get satisfied with the detail of the scheme am I not supposed to satisfied with the scheme or the company am investing ??
    Your person started been rough with me for the link I asked him to send to explain to my life partner.
    He used very unprofessional words and it hurts me. These ppl spoil your company name. I have bought my medical policy with you. It is really annoying. I will for sure look for a justice.
    Your person whatsapp chat is with me and you can cross check and ask for it if you want. He supposed to explain and give me some time to work on it, instead he put lot of pressure on me to make the payment first, without convincing me without explain and finally used very unprofessional way.
    After all am human being.
    I will talk about it everywhere for sure.
