Complaint Billing for no water taken

    I have not used any qty of water after 10th April 2018 since I am presently out of station. But I am receiving bills every two months basis the bill No.34959899 dt.5.4.18 for Rs.916(paid on-line on 5/4/18.). In June I recd a bill No.36874716 dt. 6.6.18 that also paid on-line on 12.6.18, Rs.921 (no water taken). Now in Aug. also I recd. a bill.I have not paid this bill. Please let me know why you are sending bills every two months even if no water is used. In fact, the bill paid in June is an excess payment. I will be returning to station by end Oct. only. I request you not to disconnect the connection till the matter is sorted out. Pl send me a reply to my above e-mail address. Thanks.
