    I am living in Vill. Jujhar Nagar having electricity board in Phase-3, Mohali. Here, there is no electricity connection from about 08:00P.M. of yesterday. PSPCL Customercare executive told me that the connection will be started shortly till 11:00 P.M. but now its 4:13A.M. of the next day But the electricity supply is still not given by the electricity board. Meanwhile, when anyone calls at the customer-care toll-free no. 1912, they will either not picking up the phone,or putting the phone on hold and that toll-free no. is charging Rs. 1 for every minute....I mean, they are totally harassing their customers by not paying any attention. And now they are ensuring that the electricity connection will be started soon till 5:00A.M.. We can just wait till any enquiry takes place
