I have lodged a complaint on July 16 and Aug 18, 2018 regarding problem with the RO installed at my residence B-30, Manoj Vihar, Indirapuram. The AMC was done on July 14, 2018.
It has been a very painful experience for us.
You are requested to return us the. money charged towards AMC (₹1500) as you fail to fulfill your promises putting the life of our entire family at great risk especially at this time.
Hope you will take necessary action lest I will be forced to take legal action against you.
