    I am consumer of PSPCL. My A/c No.is 3001448824 in the name of Harminder Kaur in City Sub Division Jagraon (Ludhiana). On 9.8.2018 meter reader distributed bills in the locality. On demand of my bill he told that my meter has been changed and the bill will be issued by the office. I never lodged any complaint or request for the change of my meter. In the previous latest bill the status of my meter has been shown 'O' (Okay) by the meter reader. The supply of electricity was uninterrupted. My meter was in serviceable condition. My meter was not changed in the presence of any of my family members. The change of my meter without any defect and complaint or request and that too in the absence of any of my family members is illegal. I will not be responsible and liable for any false allegation of defect or damage to
    the meter. I will not be liable for any inflated bill of the same.
