Complaint Refund issue

I made a payment through my axis bank debit card twice and both times the transaction failed but the payment went through of Rs2000 each ie Rs4000. After a few days, I received refund of Rs2000 only and the remaining refund is still pending. Kindly look into the issue and revert ASAP. A callback would be appreciated.
