    I purchased Haier Led LE32B9100M from Extra E Mall against invoice No. B/767 dt: 8-8-2018 and it was delivered to my residence before 10.00 am. I was informed that Haier engineer would visit my home for installing the tv. Later, I got a call from your service center and a lady told that the techincians are busy and that it's doubtful that the tv will be installed today. I had requested for installing the tv today itself, and as told by the lady, forwarded to her the message that i got from you with a code. I spoke to the person, a short while ago, when I was told that the technician will visit my home any time after 10. 00 tomorrow. So, by purchasing the Haier tv, i am wasting 2 full days.
