Today, I also contacted to the senior personnel officer of NDTV on Tel. no. 011-41577777 at 09:42 a.m. and apprised him with the following, he assured me to help me in this regard:-

This is to inform you (you means – we all, the dear citizens of Indian democracy) that I informed on Tel. no. 011-41577777 to NDTV staff on 11 May 2018 two times at 09:15 a.m. and 09:17 a.m. and on 16 May 2016 at 09:51 a.m. and to NIC tel. no. 011-65659935 three and four times regarding a day hunger strike (fast) on 16 May 2018 at Ramlila Ground, Delhi and informed about a newly formation of National Political Party named "Ikkisavi Shatabdi Ke Karantikari in English version (Revolutionists of 21st Century) and its election symbol would be hands joining in a circle (approx. 20 - 25 hands). I also confirmed to NDTV staff, my aim is that the political power, as a Govt. should be handed over to the real owners, the dearest and the supreme citizens of India (1.35 billion population), so that they could compete the General Election of 2019 and win and the dream of the Sir, Shyama Prasad Mukherji, who formed the Bharatiya Jan Sangh in 1951 could now be achieved. The NDTV Personnel confirmed to send a reporter at Ramlila round, Delhi.


My name is DALEEP KUMAR and retired from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd., NOIDA on 30 April 2018 attaining the age 60 years. I wish to form a new National Political Party as stated above in India. Everything thing will be done to form a new political party to compete in the General Election of Lok-Sabha in 2019 on the following points/basis:-


• I was alone on hunger strike (fast) for a day on 16 May 2018 at Ramlila Ground, Delhi Gate at 09:30 a.m. for the cause of the citizens of India, so that they could support me and participate in the General Election, because the citizens of the world are more superior than any other components of the states/country; such as, land, government and power, as per the definition of political science by the legend and famous politician, Sir, Garner.


• All the educated adult citizens of India, those who wish to serve the nation honestly, should form the above party and should do everything for their party and compete for a selection through a parchi / lottery system through a live telecast in India in every constituency concerned. The parchi / lottery of the competent in his / her name from the heap (parchiyan of the every interested individual citizen) will be picked up by the little boys/girls according to the seats of Lok-Sabha and it will be opened publicly for the selection in the General Election of Lok-Sabha in 2019 in live telecast with the help of News Channel - NDTV. "This is the real Swaraj and the real democracy in India and the world ".


• All the selected candidates will compete for their individual constituency in India.


• The interested winner candidates in the General Election of Lok-Sabha in 2019 could compete for the seat of Prime Minister, Cabinet Ministers, independent portfolio of the minister and etc. etc. and they would also be selected through a parchi / lottery system through a live telecast in India as stated above to form a Central Govt. in India.


• In future, this system, as stated above will also be applied for Union Territories and States of India to form the Union Territories Govts., States Govts. and also for Jan Lokpal in India.
Kindly help me in this regard for a good cause in India. In future, the common man i.e. a real owner of India will form the Govt./Govts. in India by his/her true service to the nation. Please contact to me to form a new National Political Party in India, so that no any other national political party could defeat us, if we are true to our nation and united by heart and soul.



• Dear citizens, it is before you first and last chance to make your government yourself in the country to make decisions for the betterment of all the dear citizens of India through their plebiscite. Earlier Mr. Anna Hazare got a chance to make Centre Govt. for the betterment/development/welfare of the dear citizens in India by the desires of all the dear citizens of India, but he did not accept it by his cowardly attitude, he frightened and did not accept the demand / challenge / plebiscite of the people of India. If you (the dear citizens of India) lose this chance this time, you all will always remain slaves / puppets in India in the hands of our cunning politicians by their deceitful tricks / oily tongues. The politicians or any other party are not faithful to the nation and to the dear citizens of India, they only want power in the govt. If they lose the power, they don’t like to support the opposite govt. in getting the files approved by their Governors / Dy. Governors, which are very important for the betterment/development/welfare of the dear citizens of India.



• In future, the real owner / dear citizens of India and their children themselves will run all the governments in India.


MANIFESTO OF THE ABOVE PARTY:-


• To give govt. employment to every poor unemployed family.


• Eradication of poverty, no dear citizen will die from hunger and disease.


• Development of science and technology.



• Amendments in the Constitution of India and new Act will be accepted with the plebiscite by the dear citizens of India.


• Corruption / bribe free nation with the provision of Narco Test Act.



• Maker of adulterated food will be punished and negligence govt. officer will be terminated.



• Adulterated gold ornaments makers will face extreme punishment.



• Voting machines with the facility of printout of the voter as a token of confirmation voted for.


• The dear citizen has his / her right to construct his / her house; no house of the dear citizen will be broken during construction by any govt. dept., the govt. staff will liable to be terminated from the services for any objection.


• Bring back black money and earned by the liars and corrupt citizens of India through public Narco test act and hand over this amount, property to the nation.



• Maximum children of this new party will be sent to Navy, Army and Air Force and children of this new party will marry to the widows of the soldiers of Navy/Army/Air Force and poor families and Divyang.


• Establishment of Jan Lokpal. Jan Lokpal by dear citizens of India.


• Beggars’ free nation (giving employment and employment training.



• A one day special leave every month to all working women in their mensuration period working under Private/Govt. service.


• 24 hours operating cctv cameras everywhere in the country. Immediately check torture, injustice, killing and etc. etc. and catch the culprit and arrangement for punishment.


• Target to beat the developed countries through science and technology and our best system.


• Speedy justice in the country, tension free Judges.


• Control free (threatening free) all govt. independent depts. Autonomous Body from Centre Govt.


• Transfer free nation, provided that the staff has done better than other and works at late hours. Transfer only with the choice of the staff without threatening (check with Norco test act) from the senior.


• Termination from the service for knowingly doing the major financial loss to the nation (check with Norco test act). No minor penalty for the negligence of tendering proceedings.


• Top discipline throughout the nation from top to bottom.


• Immediate action in favour of beggars and separated human beings; such as; child, young and old.


• Clean / dust free nation and immediate action for sewage / drainage system.


• Pre-action against natural calamity, malaria, dengue etc. etc.



• RTI reply through only Speed post correspondence both sides not through with the value of Rs.10/- for postal order or fees. Reply containing 1 to 10 pages is compulsory within 15 days, and or one month for more than 10 pages, otherwise two basics only for a year will be reduced of the concerned officer. Staff recruitment in Speed Post Dept. Check CIC’s honesty.



• All claims of the claimants will be settled within 15 days; otherwise two basics only for a year will be reduced of the concerned officer.



• If a shopkeeper does not prepare an invoice more than Rs.50/- for the customer, the customer can complaint to the govt. agency and penalty will be made on the shopkeeper and 25% (of the invoice amount) will be given to the customer and 15% (of the invoice amount) to the govt. agency.


• And etc. etc. etc. as per the advice of the owners and dearest citizens of India.
