Complaint Regarding SBI branch Rude attitude & poor service

    Dear sir,
    This is to draw your kind attention that i have saving account in sbi branch Dabhaura & Since last two year i am submitting KYC document wthin every 4 months but my account is not active still now. Whenever i call them they say to visit thr branch & fill KYC . When i say that sir i have submitted KYC just 3 month back then they say that you have to fill KYC again . Sir i want to know that why they dump my previous KYC document in Dustbin ?why they dont update it? Sir i am suffering from poor service of sbi branch Dabhaura & their talking style is very rude . They dont help us. Sir i have contacted customer care many time & have wrote online sbi complaint many time but did not get any solution. I have also complained to area Nodel officer but it was fully none of use. After Losing the hope from sbi branch Dabhaura. i requested to Rewa sbi branch for the transfer of account from Dabhaura to Rewa . I have wrote an offline application latter to sbi branch Rewa regarding transfer of account . I have also wrote email to sbi branch Dabhaura as well as Sbi branch Rewa regarding transfer of account. Sir there is a humble request of me to you that please take appropriate action & solve my problem.
