    Please replace my badminton racquet because i badly needed it as soon as possible.I just used it twice then it was already broken. Yes, you might say its because of "factory defect" like that and so on....and I understand that. What i'm concerned about its on how the way your sales agent handled their clients. They're rude, they keep on talking and talking. Yes, i understand your company rule whatsoever. So please try to train your agents how to handle their client for us to feel customer satisfaction.

    Your agent advised me that it takes 3 weeks for replacement but i'm requesting to please replace it until July 04, 2018.
