    I have purchased a bed and shoe rack. After several days Royaloak sends a guy for assembling both the bed and shoe rack.

    The shoe rack came with no handle and the bed came with some missing screw and nails.

    The guy who came for assembling it is demanding additional payment of Rs 550 for the nails and the handle for the shoe rack will be given at a later date.

    I have purchased the bed and shoe rack in full paying the total amount on 29th of May 2018. I don't have to pay additional money for nail and handle.

    When I called the customer support, the manager says that the nails are additional and I have to pay for it. Also, the handle will be given once they have it.

    This is unfair for a leading furniture company for cheating its customer.

    I will be forced to hold the payment through my bank till I get my full purchased products.

    I will not recommend anyone to buy products paying an advance payment because you don't what they deliver.
