Dear Sir,
I booked my bus ticket on 20 may from Ahmadabad to Mumbai by from your app to redbus. But I dosnt got ticket and money was deducted from my account.i all ready raised Complaint to redbus Complaint no 4085080. But didn't got satisfy answer and not get refund
Bank transition id.29461760. This payment credited to redbus.in
Kindly look in this issue. Redbus not supporting and said contact ixigo.
