    My Father was admitted under supervision of Dr. Rik Banerjee in ICU. Though he diagnosed the ailment correctly, but the treatment was not amicable. The situation was getting worsened by inexperienced RMOs and nursing staff.

    The nursing staff at ICU were worse than aayas we call at home. No proper care and no attentiveness for critical patients. ICU is supposed to be sterile area but all hospital staffs were walking in and out with shoes on like they were roaming in garden. I ultimately had to threaten them of medical negligence, when they asked me for medical discharge.

    The staff are very adamant and on been pointed, they denied clinical summary, which is a fundamental right of any patient's attendant, irrespective of how many times a week they want it. Also they showed no interest in improving the cleanliness and safety/ hygiene protocols of ICUs.

    I have videos and pictures to prove my points. I will share them with Govt. official first and later post it here.

    It was blessing in disguise for me that we took dad to RN Tagore hospital and he was properly taken care of and cured.

    The best part is that in 7 days, they charged 15000 RS to us and rest multiple lacks to CGHS. The bill to us should only be of consumables, but they added all sort of fake items and charged for bed matresses (air matresses), which are not consumables. They added 4 time prices for articles/ consumables.

    Indian Medical Association and Ministry of Health, Govt of India should ban this hopital to play with lives of Indian citizen.

    I am anyways going to write to CGHS director, Honbl. PM of India and Health Minster at Center to shut this hospital down.
