please refer to my earlier complaints on toll free number of airtel digital ,the amount paid for rs. 3450/ on 28.02.2018 and then paid on 03.03.2018 vide transaction no.IGADAMOXH1 for rs. 2950 from my sbi account through online has not been considered and confirmed till date .

i am just giving the reply of sbi bank who has confirmed me my transaction of rs.2950/ as correspondence detail given below.

you are please requested to co relate the transaction no. and resolve the problem and confirm me whether u received the above amount or not and update my account 3001961384.

our customer Mr. Y N Malik account no. 30056964536 done one online transaction for DTH recharge for amount Rs. 2950/- on 03/03/2018 which was show successful transaction no. IGADAMOXH1. but till date no amount is credited to merchant account.

he also complained with ticket no. PT9992239210310(4026333940) WHICH WAS CLOSED WITH THE RESOLUTION "AS CONFORMED WITH MERCHANT, TRANSACTION IGADAMOXH1
HAS BEEN SUCESSFUL AND SETTELED ON 03 MARCH 2018. FOR MORE DETAILS KINDLY CONTECT YOUR MERCHANT"
