    It was such a hopeless experience for the first time at Haldirams. I had ordered South Indian Platter at Haldirams situated at Daani Paani Outlet, Karnal. We had asked for an extra sambar with that platter to which the catering person and also the person at the billing section denied and said that Sambar is chargeable. There is no mention of that in either the Price List or at the counter. This is against Ethics and Clear embarrassment of the Customers.
