    Dear sir,link lock
    subject:complain abt locke worranty,n missbehaviar with coustomer
    i am the bellow name , email no coustomer. before 12or 13 month i bought 4lock from "yatin lock"surat, gujarat. unfourtnatily two lick have damage .we back him in worranty period ,but they dont repair and back to us last 12 mont .they dont reply us properly as genius shopkiper , they calling us compny doen't reply us so we dont back to you ,and never accept our complain.so we r sorry.
    sir, its not our problame .we bleive n trust your product so we bought it . other wise market has a many product of lock in surat . plz reply us as soon as early , and repair our product
