Complaint Heating problem

    I have updated my Lenovo K8 to Oreo, since then it is taking 5-6 hrs for full charge, heating like hell and full charged mobile is discharging within 3-4 hrs. Even the battery is discharging at quick pace in battery saving mode. Please try to understand the plight of the customers.Why don't you check such updates on one sample mobile phone before rolling on to customers. Mobile is of no use now. Kindly do something asap in this regard. Lenovo will loose it's trust due to this incident. U should provide an online solution for unenrolling Oreo like other companies. Even the customer care are not aware of technicalities of this thing , whenever I called them, sometimes they say downgrade is possible while the other say it's not possible and illegal.They are saying that after some time Oreo update  will become stable, how can it be possible ? without any further update. I request you to resolve this issue as it is causing a serious problem to us.
