    Zkpy Bank — not received the refund amount in my bank account after cancellation

    I have booked ticket on 14 Feb 2018. pnr no. 6611398236 on train no. 12491 for the date 13 may 2018 the ticket has cancelled on 01/05/2018 refund amount was not received in my bank a/c. I have paid online through sbi bank. Rs.600/- on 14/02/ 2018 to irctc. Refund amount 540
    when we checked our irctc website a/c found false massage is showing that rs.540/- was refunded on 02/05 2018 through zkpy bank.
    Sir, please resolve the issue and send refund to my registered sbi bank a/c
