    Dear Sir/ Mam

    I had Partial cancelled my ticked on 27-Apr-2018, but still I haven't received refund from IRCTC.
    Although I got a mail from your side that the refund has been processed but still I haven't received.

    Kindly let me know up to when this will be credited back to my account, as it's already being more than
    5 days. Although I cancelled another ticket on same date & time and it's refund amount is credited in
    my bank account.
