I have returned the complete Byjus package on 17.04.2018. I was promised by your team that down payment of Rs. 6000 will be refunded and loan cancellation will be done within 7-10 days.
Neither I have got Rs. 6000/- nor the loan was cancelled and loan amount of Rs. 11,666.67 was deducted from my bank account on 02.05.2018.
I want both the amount back IMMEDIATELY
