    Hi this is Anand Patwa and my registered mobile number is 9082560980.I had purchase a new Dish Tv HD Full Recorder and also make the payment into two parts of Rs.500(Payment id : 100754439) and Rs.1300(Payment Id : 100762186) dated 29th April and I had made clear to the representative(Miss.Swati) that I want installation today itself then only I will make payment then she said that 110% she is sure that the installation will happen today itself.But till now no one has call me for installation and the representative is also not answering my calls and messages.Then I had called miss.swati from my friends number then she picked up and I told her that the installation is not done and suddenly she disconnect the phone and after that she is not responding any calls.what kind of service do you provide ? To make customer Harras?is it the way you treat your customer after taking payment and not responding if he is calling for the installation and what kind of representative is she if customer is calling then you don’t pick up his call knowing what was her commitment and what she is doing she is picking up the call from my friends phone then knowing that I’m calling them suddenly hung up the call not giving any answer of my question? Is it the way you handle your customer and I also called to dishtv service centre they told me that they haven’t received any message regarding the installation of dish tv what kind of work your doing just speaking shit in front of customer and fulfilling customer needs if customer clearly mention you that I want installation today they why the hell is not happening.
