    Hello,


    It is to inform you that I purchased Cinema610 Home Theater 5.1 Speaker from TEXHTRIX, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi [GSTIN/UIN:- 07ACSPT6735B1Z8] vide invoice No. RI-217 on 17.01.2018 with one year warranty. The centre speaker of the same has sound disturbance. Resultantly, the said speaker was, on the suggestion of TEXHTRIX, given to Brightstar C/o Laptron Technology Pvt. Ltd. [Authorized Harman Support], for exchange or repair of centre speaker vide Acknowledgment Slip No.: Job Order No. 70012521 on 22.01.2018. Despite many requests from time to time, the staff and administrators of Laptron Technology Pvt. Ltd. avoided our request on this or that pretext with rude behaviour which is highly objectionable.

    Recently, I received SMS on 18.04.2018 from HP-JBLDEL which says as,

    “Dear Customer your JBL Products is ready kindly collect us and bring your original receipts at time of collection if you already done Pls ignore-Harman Delhi”

    Having regard to said SMS from “HP-JBLDEL”, I visited customer care office of Brightstar C/o Laptron Technology Pvt. Ltd. On reaching there I again came to know that the said speaker is still not repaired and or product could not be replaced. I failed to understand on one hand I am receiving SMS from JBLDEL for delivery of product and on the other hand, officials including administrator Sh. Dhruv Kumar [Mobile No.:- 9818387676] and other staff members stated that the product is not ready for delivery.

    Please take note of my grievance and do the needful immediately as already 3 months have elapsed since I submit the centre speaker to the Brightstar.
