    I was presented with a Karbonn Aura 1 phone by my grandson which was bought and delivered by Amazon directly to me in Chandigarh on 15.4.2018. I got it activated on 17.4.2018 - yesterday. This evening while it was playing songs it went dead. I am unable to switch it on although it is fully charged
    What shall I do
    The name of your authorised service centre in the booklet provided with phone says he is no more servicing your phones
    Please respond at the earliest
