    Hi Team - I (Vijay Kumar - Bhadravathi - 9611396548) have purchased LG AC with the cost of around 40000 in GIRIAS shimoga mall as of 15th Apr 2018. One of the employee and supervisor of the mall confirmed me that, AC will be installed before 17th Apr 2018. However after having multiple discussions over the call with LG service center as well as GIRIAS contact person, they are providing wrong information on register of my purchase and now telling will install next 48 hours and no one is picking my call. My question is how many times you will be register for one product and are you required 4 to 5 days to install the AC within 20 KM distance? Also let me know why your peoples providing wrong communication to customers?
    I feel very unhappy on your service providing to the customers and don't be foolish the customers by giving wrong information.

    Hope you will do the needful and fix the same at the earliest.
