SUBJECT : REQUEST FOR REVIEW OF MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Respected Sir,
1. With due respect and humble submission I Wish to ascertain that the following
few lines for your kind of consideration and favorable action please.
2. I, Nirmala Devi, wife of Late Ex Nk Sardari Lal (Army No 14347246Y),My
husband was superannuated from Indian Army (Artillery) on 01 Jul 1996 Now I am living with only my son, whose name is Rohan
chaudhary in the address V.P.O- Bhater, Teh – Mukerian, Distt- Hoshiarpur State –
Punjab (144224). My whole life is struggleful. I had bornt two sons, Mr.Rohit
Chaudhary and Rohan Chaudhary. My first Son, Mr. Rohit Chaudhary is handicapped
from his childhood. During treatment of Rohit Chaudhary, doctor told us that he died
when he will be 15-16 Years old. The doctor statements prove truth and my son died
when he is 16 Years old. Due to this boy condition, my husband felt deep depression
and full of sadness and apply premature from Indian Army (Artillery). Due to this child
disease, my husband also suffered from many diseases. After few years, doctor
declared that he is heart patient. At last, my husband died on 6 Apr 2017. Due to financial problem, I cannot give more education
to my son. Due to family circumstances & financial problem, my son Rohan chaudhary
work day and night as a labour and a security guard on petrol pump during his study
period. I am depend on my son Rohan Chaudhary and my last ambitions in my life is
that he succeed in his life during my life because his childhood spent very bad
condition.
3. Sir, I am writing this application for review of medical examination of my son
Rohan Chaudhary. He was Qualified in physical test at Firozpur rally on 19 Aug 2017.
Then after he was found fit in the medical examination by medical team on 21 Aug
2017 and admit card issued by ARO Firozpur for written test . His admit
card Roll No JAL/JR/GD/291017/1972. His written test for SOL GD was carried out 29
Oct 2017.After the passed out merit list by on your office on 23 Nov 2017 in which he
was selected for recuirtment Due to not dispatached within six month as
per term and condition medical authority the re-medical was carried out for the
selected candidate on 06 Mar 2018 by the ARO Jalandhar. During the medical
examination he was found temparory unfit in medical category ‘Knock knee”. Then
after he was reffered to MH Jalandhar for further examination of re-medical.His
examination has been carried out on 10 Mar 2018 But unfortunately, he was declared
permanently unfit in the medical examination. He has been qualified so many army
recuirtment rally since last 06 Years in which he was fully fitted for medical test and
not disqualified any time for in this type of medical category. In view of above, said
qualification on medical ground, I and my son is surprised and feeling totally harassed
/ disappointed from the unwanted / unbelieved medical unfitness which is of
permanent in nature whereas, we are fully confidient for his medical fitness.

4. In view of above, we are not satisfied from the medical opinion that are given by
the specialist because his previous medical that was examined on 21 Aug 2017 in
which he was fully fitted and without any major / minor injury to till date how can
disqualified for his medical fitness by the medical authority. Hence, we are wish to
exam the re-medical of my son for the same category. His age terminated on 05 Jul
2018. No more chance remain for trying to Army and this a last chance for achieve the
aim for Army service.Hence, you are requested to give the permission for review of
medical examination of my only son Rohan Chaudhary at 167 MH Pathankot / 172
MH, Tirbri (Gurdaspur) and also intimate the date of examination for review of his
medical category to me on my residence address at the earliest without any lacking of
time period.
