Hi,
I am really surprise with Airtel service. Today of your executive kill my 20Min time and explain me about new plan instead of migrating from post paid to prepaid and i agree on that. I got SMS and activation details also but after some time i am totally out of Network. I called to Prepaid customer care and they said that your no is not active. May be store has not updated your SIM no. You need to go to the store and make it correction.
Please let me know what to do. Are you able to make it active from your end. Please find the sim no below. Please let me know when it will get active.
