    Dear Sir,

    We bought 2 air conditioners of IFB of 2 tons on 16/6/17 in the name of Mr. Virender Kumar Jain, they are still in warranty period. They are not cooling well for which we had complaint in your customer care service. WE HAVE TWICE THE COMPLAINT IN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. First time, they registered the complaint & said that in 24 hours you will get an engineer, but no one came for 3 days, after that they gave a contact no. of Mr. Deepanshu (Engineer). when we talked to him, he said that he could not come, because he is lying late on that day, On second day he gave a no. of other engineer & he said he also can't come, because his bike is punchered & after that the branch manager Mr. Nitin is not
    accepting the call again & again. After 4-5 days an engineer came to our office & after checking the both Air conditioners he said, that this is not his work he will not do it & then he went.

    Then we, complained again to your customer care service they registered our complain again & gives a COMPLAINT NO. 1001245565, & said the strict action will be taken against the engineer who comes earlier & he registered our complaint again & he said that we'll get a call from your side on same day or maximum next day, but even after that it has been 4 days, but we have not received any call yet & he gave a no. of Mr. Prabjot (Branch Manager of other branch) his contact no. is
    9910386973, we are trying to contact him from last 3 days & he is not answering our call.

    So, this is my humble request to you, that kindly do something about this & inspect on our complaint.
