Subject: Complaint regarding lethargy of Postal Authorities about transfer of my NPS Ac. (PRAN No.- 110041222788) from Post Office Hosghangabad (M.P.) to Post Office H.O. Nayapura, Kota (Rajasthan)

An application for transfer of my NPS Ac. (PRAN No.- 110041222788) an Annexure UOS-S5 was given to Post Office H.O. Nayapura, Kota on 01-09-2017. Another Application was given on 06-11-2017. A latter regarding this was given to the Sr. Sup. of Post Office, Kota on 08-09-2017, then on 15-01-2018 and again on 14-03-2018. But the office of Sr. Sup. of Post Office, Kota is not taken any action except written latter to the Post master Nayapura,Kota under copy to me.

I request you to please get my NPS Account transferred to H.O. Post Office Nayapura Kota at the earliest.

In the Period of 7 Months the Post Office Authorities could not transfer a Account from their one Branch to another branch whereas any Bank Branch take less then 30 Seconds for this type of Work.
