I have faced excessive amount of trouble trying to get a very small number of lacquered glass from a dealer in kolkata. Please make sure while making such arrangements with dealers, you are take responsibility of their credibility because they do represent your brand. Its been a month , that i have been trying to get the glass, but the dealer keeps rejected my call and makes false promises of deadlines. he is extremely RUDE. And being an interior designer, i will never recommend anyone to use lacquered glass because of all the harassment i have faced. You should really take some strict action against him and take back the dealership because it is only doing you harm and spoiling your name. I got his reference from Rajmita who is from Saint Gobain.
