I am very much sad to inform you that my parcel stolen by DTDC employers. This package booked by Wholesaler Chauhan Brothers, Surat to my Shop Veen’s Fashion worth of Rs 20563 including GST Rs 953 and Courier charges Rs 550.

On 7th March it was booked and from 9th march I was keep on fallow up with Puttur Branch (9885798919) Keep on saying today it will come and tomorrow it will come. Again Sunday I called first he said on today’s load it will come again Monday morning I called he said today it will come Tuesday and Wednesday same repeated. When I called on Thursday he said packet is at Tirupathi branch and it is Damaged and he gave tirupathi branch phone number (9849999819) he said due to huge material dump it is damaged and I asked him there is no such material which is damageable all are Ladies dresses and inners Leggings that packet may be packed with silver tape until unless someone open the parcel it won, t tare and he said afternoon he will check and update please send me Docket number I messaged him. Evening when I called him he not even responded and said I am busy and I said I will complain. Again I called puttur branch and asked about my courier and I fought with him than he said Tirupati branch mentioned that packet Delivered on 13th march without sending to puttur branch and no such damage of parcel only little bit tared in one corner I will deliver to you and I said if all material is there than only I will receive and he bought without LR copy no Invoice copy I have refused to take the Delivery he said he will return. (Please refer the screenshots below how they gave parcel). I checked and noticed that only 70 items instead of 130 items.
I have paid to the wholesaler Rs 20563. Kindly assist me on this who will be the responsible for this.
