Sub: Application as a foreign student for demanding more money which is out of fee structure and disturbance From college authority.

Respected Sir,
I, Samiul Islam a student of Medical Science of Marks Medical College and Hospital, Mirpur 14, Dhaka-1206 of your country of Indian national bearing Passport no L5349073 beg most humbly to state that I admitted in the above said college at midsession 2014-15. But my Principle suggested to continue with the next batch as I admitted in the midsession. But after six months they started wanting money which is out of fee structure and started to disturb mentally. Even last time my managing director took USD $1500 by promising me to sit in the Prof Exam but He betrayed. And that’s why my registration and studentship is cancelled as per the rules of Dhaka University. Even they suspended my classes more than two months and that is about Three times as per their wish. Though I was regular but they made me bound to write application as per their condition. I don’t have any dues in college but still my Managing Director is demanding me USD $5000 illegally and they strictly prohibited me to enter the college till I shall pay their wanted money.He already took USD$5000 from a foreign student. Even last time they were not giving me the visa extension related documents. And after a long request they gave it after six months. In the mid time I stayed without visa. For all this reason two foreigners’s left from the college.i informed the entire matter to the Indian high commission but they behaved very rude. And didn't took any serious step.Though they don’t have permission to admit 50% foreigner in the session 2017-18 but they admitted. Principal sir don’t know anything. He will just say as what our M.D said to him. The entire matter is handled by Dr. Iqbal Masud Khan (Managing Director). Even he forbade me to say anyone about that money & this deal. And my visa is expired by this 24th February.. I have evidences also about their disturbance.I send this copy to Bangladesh prime minister office, Indian high commission, Bangladesh medical and dental Council, ministry of health and family welfare, ministry of foreign affairs bt they did nothing even my indian high commission is also not taking the matter seriously Either they will say you all fraud stories against me and now am suffering from insomnia just cause of depression.
Hence, I do request you to publish nd take proper steps so that I shall be highly grateful to you then.
