    According to the particular billing employee, after changing a particular product I have to keep the receipt else they can not change the product on the basis of the computer statement. On protesting this statement of his he raised an argument and that was a complete embarrassment.. Firstly I had to wait there for more than 15 mins as there was only single opened counter and the rest closed, then the initial billing employee couldn't manage the billing and called the particular person who afterwards started the argument and his behaviour was quite undermarking to take! This is the first time a pantaloons employee misbehaved and above all he started challenging the statement, may be there can be some mistake of mine but thres a way to explain that, he was way too rude.
