    This is SAURABHKUMAR HASMUKHBHAI PATEL

    I was having booking of Air Asia flight for Bali trip as per following details.

    Onward Flight Details
    From : Mumbai
    To : Bali
    Booking Number : OJQ54Z
    Flight Number : XT 853
    Date of Journey : 01st December 2017
    Time of Journey : 22:50 hrs
    No. of Passanger : 02

    Return Flight Details
    From : Bali
    To : Mumbai
    Booking Number : XJZM3P
    Flight Number : XT 852
    Date of Journey : 08th December 2017
    Time of Journey : 15:10 hrs
    No. of Passanger : 02

    Due to Bali Volcano eruption my trip was not possible. So I applied for refund through E form many times starting from 30th November 2017 to 14th January 2018

    I will discuss here sequence of event in detail

    - I called for refund they told that I have to submit E form and call us again with reference number
    - I applied E-form and mentioned the number to customer care executive.
    - I got mail that please reply us with your bank details.
    - I replied my bank details
    - I got mail that your E-form is closed as bank detail are missing.
    - I call and got instruction that i should again apply E-form with bank detail in remark.
    - I applied E-form.
    - I got reply that your E-form is closed without mentioning any reason
    - I called and they told that your bank name and itenary name are not matching so case is closed please apply again E-form
    - I applied E-form again
    -I got Email that you have applied duplicate case for same PNR so this case is closed.
    - I checked online for all my E form request. All are in closed condition without any reason.
    - I call on 17th January 2018 and got that Air Asia have my banking detail. They will escalate my case to Malaysia banking team for clarification. No need to apply E-form now.
    - I call on 22nd January 2018 and got that Malaysia banking team have replied on 17th January 2018 for your refund. It is in process it will take 30 days. So I will get my refund On or before 17th February 2018.
    - I called on 18th February 2018 for clarification about refund. I got that we have escalated your case and manager replied that after 15 days you inquire.


    Kindly May I Know the exact status of my Refund SIR???
