Dear sir,I was trying to book a bus ticket for kankroli to indore by via.com. After all procedure I paid fare by online through my SBI account than a line appeared on screen that your booking not confirmed. Plz try again and 484rs deducted in this transaction. After few minutes I tried again to book that ticket again than successfully booked my ticket and again deducted same amount. But my first booking amount still not refunded in my account. So plz manage to refund my failed ticket booking amount in my bank account..
