    i have recharge on my aircel no. using sbi rewardz of 300 rs. but after successful trasaction i come to know that the recharge is done on some other number. i have give call to aircel customer care two time both time they told me if u have done recharge through online portal we cannot give refund for this but if u have done rechrage through retailer it will get refunded .i just dont understand this if aircel can refund a recharge amount to retailer(agents) but cannnot give refund to the actual customers.Instead of solving my problem they (seniors0f aircel customer care mr.muthy and mr.farman badra) told me its your mistake that u have done recharge on wrong no. we cannot help u ..and please give call to person whom u have send the recharge and convince him or her to transfer it to ur no.As a regular customer of aircel i really dont expectt such kind of answers.On other side i have given call on that wrong no. which i have sent a rcharge..the lady is decent and she told me u can take it from customer care and told them to transfer partcular amount from my mobile account to urs..but for this also customer care is not supporting...really thinking to port my no. on another mobile centers.
