Complaint Late service timing

I am not satisfied by the sevice or this costumer care centre they do not give proper time to costumer and they make them to wait for long time and i had also waited for 1 hour only for collecting my cell phone as they called me before 1 day and when i came on next day then my cellphone was not ready and i waited fo 1 hour and employees do not behave proper and they talk like a hell. Moreover feedback forms are also not available there and in the last , i fully disappointed to this service .
I request you to make big important in this kind of service centre.
