Hello Sir/Madam.
This is Chandan Kumar Das and i am a Citizen of Nepal. My home town is Biratnagar, Nepal. i worked there for 29 years and than i came to chennai and started working here, Currently live and work in Chennai. I got married on 2nd March,2017 with Indian Natvie Girl and she is from Forbesganj, Bihar. Agter marriage we came to Nepal and i did not take a single rupee as a Dowry. After Marriage i came to chennai on April 20th and asked my wife to stay in Nepal and till i manage every thing in Chennai you stay there and then will get you here. On June 19th we both started living in Chennai and on September 5th she again went back to Nepal and i was working in Chennai. Every thing was going well in the mean time my in laws use to visit my house and they use to steal things from my home and one day when my mom found out this and she asked my wife about this she discussed with my mother and she locked my mom and ran away from my house. On December when i went home i tried calling those people but no one replied and i filed a case near to home in Nepal that my wife did quarrel with my wife and she took things from my hose and ran away and when they came to know about this they filed a fake case of 498A in her home town, Forbesganj mentioning after marriage she went to Haripur as Haripur is in India and my relatives lives there and they use to lock her up including me we all use to bit her. When we came to knew about this immediately we did submit all the documents which showed the case filed is wrong and after marriage we went Nepal i have all the documents which shows her case is false but still i am getting Threatning Calls from Police Station and DSP of Forbesganj called me and threatned me that he will arrest me.
Please let me know one thing we are from other countries and we are treated like this is this the way we should be treated.
Those people who file fake case they are relaxing in their home and innocent like us are getting all these tortures so i thought to express my story to you so that i can get justice and my whole family and get out of this mess.
