Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is regret to inform you about the trouble in getting our long overdue payment for the supply made in Big Bazar on request from your salesperson Mr. Shalab Trivedi.

This supply was made in the month of June,2017 for Rs. 24,595.0. Normally we were used to get our payment in 15 - 20 days but when the payment was not received we started following up from your sales person and he keeps on assuring that payment will be done shortly but when we pushed hard they denied that they cannot transfer payment in given bank detail of co-operative Bank which was completely illogical.

We explained to your person Mr. Santosh Yadav, Mr. Sharad in Jabalpur and executives on customer care number and even to Mr Jatashankar in Indore BIg Bazar and Mr. Arun finance head Big Bazar in Gurgaon that although our bank is in co-operative bank but they have tie-up with Yes bank and we get all our our payments including govt. payments in this current account and it is not practical to open new current account to get the single payment. But all our efforts went waste and we end up opening new current account with Axis Bank in first week of January.

Now, even 30 days are passed since we have submitted bank detail of Axis Bank to your people and in BIg Bazar but we are still waiting for our payment and nobody knows when this will get paid.

Yesterday when your person came to our shop and he was unable to give us the update on our payment. Thus we forfeited his company's cell phone till we get paid.

We humbly request you to look into the matter urgently and release our due payment immediately.

Your people is not working as per image and goodwill of Cycle Brand by not co-operating to us.
