on 29-01-2018 I booked one jio Mobile phone & paid Rs.1500,- only vide transaction id ; FV000004BWC4, whereafter I was asked to Walk-in nearest Jio Store & accordingly I visited today at 3-10 PM to Karimganj Pin 788710 Jio store. At that time the reciptionist asked me to come again after 4-30. So, I went again at 4-30 PM , but the Incharge informed me that he has no such information from Jio & denied to give me my mobile handset. Such activity of Jio store,digital service is not expected from Jio. Give me suggestion to get the Mobile set. Thanking you
