Dear Sir / Madam,

Myself Sri Jyotirmoy Basy Roy and my brother Sri Janmenjay Basu Roy are the joint owners of premises no. 9, Gobinda Sarkar

Lane, Kolkata-700012 which falls under KMC ward no.51, Borough VI.

Due to ageing problems, our house condition had become dilapidated and needed immediate repairing.

Likewise, for repairing purpose, we had taken every permissoins from KMC, intimating the local councillor Mrs. Sanchita

Mondal, local Muchipara P.S. as well as secured a fully sanctioned plan for roof & stairs reconstruction on 2nd floor from

Executive Engineer, KMC building Department as falling under rule 3(2) of KMC Building Rule,1990.

But presently, we are facing regular threats and violence from the Bowbazar Ward no. 51, local TMC youth leader Mr. Moloy

Ghosh accompanied by his followers Mr. Sukumar Ghosh (alias HABUL), Mr. Moloy Dey ( alias BUBAI) to stop & destabilize our

legally KMC sanctioned house repairing work if they are not given their regular “TOLAH” money which we cannot afford to pay

them.

We are very mediocre persons and therefore cannot afford to satisfy the unjustified demands of these snatching guys. All

our house building / repairing jobs are being lawfully made with all requisite permissions which may kindly be noted.

Inspite of all these, if we are asked for tolah or enticement, we have no options open now other than to stop our work.

Thus, we seek your kind help to get rid of this atrocity and injustice on us. we have already informed the matter to the

hon'ble CM of West bengal mrs. Mamata Banerjee as well as the West Bengal Human Rights Commission.

We believe that you will take the matter on a sympathetic note and show justice on us by publishing the facts before the

media.
